My name is Kirby Cooper. I was mentored by Welles Wilder the author of New Concepts in Technical Trading and The Delta Phenomenon. The basis of the Price and Time Report comes from years of teaching the principles found in these books. Below is a testimony of a trader using my reports.

This is not good news for you. But, thanks to your service, my wife and I accumulated enough capital to retire in comfort. Since we no longer trade futures, (we moved our capital to more stable, income producing vehicles), I no longer need to subscribe to your reports. Your service is great. This report is not the “Holy Grail” but rather a tool you will use along with your own strategies to confirm trades you are considering.
